Hackney Council is looking for experienced Commissioning Reviews Social Workers to join the Adults Commissioning Reviews Team on a locum basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring that commissioned services are delivering high-quality, cost-effective care while improving outcomes for adults across the borough.

The Role

You will undertake person‑centred reviews of adults receiving commissioned care, ensuring services continue to meet assessed needs, promote independence and provide value for money.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out strengths‑based reviews in line with the Care Act
