Advance Analytics Director

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Lead, coach, and enable 4 people managers and ~30 analysts across data science, engineering, analytics, and program coordination, fostering inclusive, high-performance culture and outcome-focused delivery.
+ Oversee multi‑disciplinary teams within global/segment structures; build inclusive, high‑performance culture managers and analysts; strengthen ways of working with technology/value stream partners
+ Align portfolio and roadmaps to Manulife’s analytics use case categories (e.g. Customer Experience, Modernized Operations, Pricing, Fraud Detection & Prevention; etc), ensuring clear problem statements, value hypotheses, and measurable outcomes.
+ Collaborate with Global Segments Leaders of up to GLT-level to understand their businesses & demands to understand their operations & meet their data-related requirements.
