Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain employee data for clients.
Oversee Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies (Employee Health and Benefits policies)
Coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, correction through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.
Maintain endorsement tracker and ensure timely updates in system.
Build and maintain relationships with insurers, clients’ HR and Finance teams, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
Assist clients’ HR in data and CD statement reconciliation with insurer support.
