• Identify and shape analytics opportunities together with experts and decision‑makers in UPM Fibres businesses.
• Contribute to solving business challenges in areas such as production planning, logistics, supply chains, commercial operations, and strategy.
• Take ownership of analytics workstreams or selected project responsibilities as part of collaborative project teams.
• Drive analytics work from problem definition and methodology selection to analysis, modelling, conclusions, and implementation support.
• Build and apply analytical models, such as optimisation models, simulations, forecasting models, statistical models, and machine learning methods.
