Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Crisis Care Service to join the Crisis Care Team.
Band 8a - permanent, full time hours.
We will consider applicants with CAMHS experience outside of an ACP role.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Home Based Treatment and Intensive Support Teams.
