An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, innovative qualified ACP, to join our Specialised Cancer Services team providing expert clinical care across the Day Case Unit and Acute Oncology Service.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-quality oncology services across the Day Case Unit and Acute Oncology Team at WPH, improving patient outcomes across the South Yorkshire and North East Derbyshire Cancer Alliance. 

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will be a member of the team working as an autonomous accountable practitioner, assessing and managing patients receiving systemic anti-cancer therapy, as well as those presenting with acute oncology complications. They will work on their own initiative and in close collaboration with medical, nursing and allied health professionals to deliver safe, timely patient centred care.
