Advance Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant- TriHealth Heart Institute- Advanced Heart Failure Inpatient
TriHealth Heart Institute is looking for an experienced Advance Practice Provider for our Inpatient department . It involves a variety of responsibilities, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex cardiac conditions. This position also includes being a member of the Shock team, managing various cardiac devices and assisting in the evaluation for LVAD/Transplant candidacy. The APP would work closely with the heart failure physician to manage patients with pulmonary hypertension, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and various forms of infiltrative cardiomyopathies. The candidate will act as a patient advocate, helping to provide high quality care and education to heart failure patients and their families as part of a multidisciplinary team comprised of physicians, APPs, pharmacists, and nurses.
