Advanced manufacturing engineer

- Lead technology investigations and integration efforts to support strategic manufacturing initiatives. - Develop and implement innovative solutions aimed at reducing costs, increasing production capacity, and driving strategic improvements. - Collaborate with R&D, Controls, Operations, and Engineering teams to align and execute technology-driven projects. - Serve as the manufacturing lead for automation and controls, including coordination with external vendors and partners. - Design efficient and manufacturable processes that enhance product quality, safety, yield, and cost performance. - Resolve complex manufacturing challenges using statistical tools, DOE, A3 methodology, and critical thinking. - Provide technical leadership in robotics, industrial controls, interfaces, and AI applications across manufacturing systems.
