Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)

Due to rapid, continuedgrowth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, committedAdvancedNurse Practitioner to join our practice in Ramsgate. This AdvancedNurse Practitioner role will involve working alongside a multidisciplinaryteam, including GPs, Nurse Practitioners and Clinical Pharmacists to providecare and treatment to patients with either long-term conditions or undiagnosedundifferentiated diagnoses.

Main duties of the job

The successfulAdvanced Nurse Practitioner willwork as an autonomous practitioner, diagnosing, managing, prescribing, anddischarging patients with illness or injury across all age groups includingyoung children. This may be by face-to-face consultation, telephone, or videoconsultation.
