Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly GP practice team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building relationships with patients, and being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will use your advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, treat and support patients with a wide range of acute and long‑term conditions, helping them to receive timely and appropriate care.
