**Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – St. George, UT**

**About this role:**
The St. George Cardiovascular Heart Failure Program is comprised of 2 Heart Failure Cardiologists and 2 APPs. As an Advanced Practice Provider for this team, you would work 1 week in clinic and 1 week in the hospital. Here are some highlights you can expect.
+ This is an outpatient and inpatient position working at our Heart Failure cardiology clinic and hospital in St. George, UT
+ You would work in the clinic 4 ten hour day shifts Mon-Fri with your day off being determined by the department
+ You would work 1 week in clinic and 1 week in the hospital
+ There is no call or weekends with this position
