**Job Description:**

This position has been allocated for an Advanced Practice Provider, licensed and board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

**Advanced Practice Provider-Nocturnist Hospitalist (0.8 FTE)**

**Position Title:** Nocturnist Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

**Location:** Valley Center Tower, Intermountain Medical Center (In person)

**Department:** Hospital Level Care at Home

**Position Type:** Decreased FTE Nocturnist

**Work Schedule:**

+ Hours: 12 Hour night shifts. No On-Call.
+ Shifts: Rotating at both IMED and Telehealth in person night shifts including weekends and holidays (4 shifts per pay period)
