**Job Title:** Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
**Location:** York, PA
**Employment Type:** Full-time (1.00 FTE)
+ Join our Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) team at York Hospital, supporting a high-acuity, 44-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Central Pennsylvania.
+ 24-hour call shifts, averaging approximately 13 shifts per 8-week schedule
+ Shift options include 7:00 a.m.-7:00 a.m.
+ Collaborate with a highly experienced team of 5 Neonatologists and 8 full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
+ Enjoy a high level of clinical autonomy with full neonatology physician support
+ Provide care for ELGAN and critically ill neonates
+ State-of-the-art neonatal technology, including jet ventilators and oscillator ventilators
+ Dedicated in-unit lactation consultants, respiratory therapists, and clinical pharmacists
