Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Outpatient Kidney Medicine I (Part-Time 0.6 FTE)

**Cleveland Clinic's Department of Kidney Medicine has an exciting part-time opportunity for an APRN or PA-C. This provider will be responsible for the management of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease, Blood Pressure Disorders and End Stage Renal Disease. Duties will include care of patients in an Outpatient Clinic in the Eastern/South region. The candidate will work in the outpatient clinic independently but will collaborate closely with Staff Nephrologists as well as the Multidisciplinary Care Team. Seeking a candidate that is able to function autonomously, as well as a team player to facilitate the care of medically complex patient populations. The ability to be flexible and multi-task in a very busy practice is necessary. Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication and organizational skills are needed and a critical care background is preferred.**
