Advanced Practice Provider Part-Time

**Job Description:**

This position has been allocated for an Advanced Practice Provider, board certified as either a physician assistant or nurse practitioner. Both Pediatric and Adult patients will be cared for. Please ensure your license allows for that prior to submitting an application.

**Position Title:** Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

**Location:** Bear River Hospital- Tremonton, UT.

**Department:** Internal Medicine

**Position Type:** Part-time

**Work Schedule:**

+ 7-19:00: 12-hour shifts, including shared weekends and holidays 

+ 2 shifts per pay period, 53 shifts annually

+ Opportunity for additional hours to cover PTO requests
