Advanced/Enhanced Clinical Practitioner (Keynsham) - Evenings/Weekends/Overnight

We have an exciting opportunity for an independent, autonomous Prescribing Clinicians to support our Urgent Care service at our Keynsham base within the out of hours (OOH) period both during the week and on weekends.

Working from our Primary Care Centre in Keynsham as an Independent, autonomous Prescribing Clinician you will work as part of our multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and timely care to those accessing our providing a variety of shift opportunities to include:
