- Proactively identify and engage advertisers and clients
- Drive sales through client engagement, suggestive selling, and strong product knowledge
- Provide high-value, relevant information to the public, building owners, and tenants
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop new customers and expand the local market by communicating the value of advertising within the Arsysmedia network
- Identify new business opportunities and generate new demand to increase revenue
- Present, negotiate, and close contracts with advertisers and clients
- Prepare customized proposals and advertising solutions that best fit client needs
- Manage daily monitoring of account status and updates, and take action on pending accounts
