Advisor, Early Careers Development

_This position will follow our hybrid work model; we expect the selected candidate to work 3 days a week at our corporate offices in Saint Pete, FL._

The Early Careers advisor is an integral role supporting the Early Careers Development team and contributing to the overall success of pipeline programs through a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination. The role will support development managers with the day-to-day planning and execution of onboarding sessions, ongoing development, and social events for new and alumni analyst talent. Workday course creation and other learning resources, applying best practices in adult learning to enhance program effectiveness. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development managers and internal partners are essential.
