What you’ll do
The Employee Communications Advisor will lead the development and execution of strategic employee communicationsinitiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify creative, effective ways to keepCanadian Tire Corporation’s(CTC)employees informed and engaged.
Reporting to the Manager, Employee Communications, you’ll work closely with business partners, project teams, and senior leaders to design, deliver, and measure communications strategies that advance business priorities and provide guidance on best practices.
What You'll Do:
Partner with business teams toengage and informemployees about company initiativesand updates—from True North strategy progress to newpartnerships orproduct launchesand everything in between.
