This position emphasizes policy development and client transition support. You will work closely with branch management and advisors, facilitating the creation of effective succession plans tailored to client needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain succession and teaming agreements
- Provide consultation on succession strategies
- Research and analyze client transition best practices
- Create training programs for branch managers
- Drive effective advisors' transitions and policy developments that elevate client experiences at TD
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree; MBA/CFA/CMA preferred
- At least 5 years in the financial industry
- Robust interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively
