In this dynamic role, you will engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, making personalized product suggestions for AE and Aerie. You'll be the enthusiastic face of our brand, sharing information about our loyalty programs and assisting in various store zones, all while maintaining AEO’s high standards. Problem-solving and teamwork will be essential as you prioritize guest satisfaction each shift.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests by utilizing AEO Selling Model
• Introduce guests to Aerie and AE products enthusiastically
• Share insights about our loyalty program
• Support multiple areas like Cash & Wrap and Stockroom
• Resolve guest concerns in line with company policy
Requirements:
