Aerial Autonomy Lead: UAV Systems, Flight Control & T&E

Gaman is seeking a Head of Autonomous Aerial Systems to direct the development of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and autonomous aerial platforms. The role includes overseeing the entire engineering lifecycle and managing UAS certification strategies under EASA and NATO standards.

The ideal candidate will hold an MSc or PhD in Aerospace Engineering and have significant experience in UAV development leadership. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks is essential for this full-time position based in Guimarães, Portugal.
