Job DescriptionProvide theoretical and practical training to administrative and technical personnel based on regulations of the civil aviation authority, aeronautical authorities, and manufacturers within the quality system.
Manage the documentation generated for training purposes and assess the efficiency of training and competencies of technical staff to expand personnel scope.Complementary ResponsibilitiesProvide support during internal and external audits.Follow-up and develop On‐Job Training.Develop courses and study programs.Follow up on special process certifications and federal licenses.Job RequirementsManagement of administrative and office software.Knowledge of technical information and standard tools.Knowledge of the aeronautical sector, preferably in the engine area.Valid passport (desirable).
