Summary As a senior Structural Mechanics Engineer in the Structural and Thermal Systems Branch, you will support the Artemis Program and other missions, including serving as the Orion Subsystem Manager for the Heatshield, Launch Abort System, or other spacecraft and aircraft projects. You will provide authoritative leadership in the design, analysis, and certification of structural systems, ensuring structural integrity, mission readiness, and flight safety across a range of aerospace missions. Responsibilities Serves as a recognized engineering expert, and technical advisor to management and other centers in the area of structural design, analysis, and evaluation of advanced structural systems for the safety-of-flight of aerospace vehicles.
