Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer – Lean & NPI Specialist

The Workshop, based in Havant, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a 6-month contract. You will focus on developing and improving manufacturing processes, while supporting quality and process efficiency in aerospace production.

This role requires strong skills in Lean Manufacturing and experience in precision engineering. Candidates must possess a degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering and be proactive in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
