Aerospace Repair Engineer

Initiate and develop new repairs for aero-engine components. Prepare, update, and maintain work instructions for aero-engine component repairs. Design tooling and fixtures to support repair operations. Ensure compliance with OEM technical data and regulatory requirements. Perform new machine and process qualifications. Drive process improvements to enhance robustness, efficiency, and repair yield. Prepare and review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR). Lead technical recommendations and provide technical dispositions to the Production team. Participate in and support continuous improvement / Kaizen projects. Carry out other engineering-related duties as assigned. Comply with company health, safety, and environmental regulations. Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Degree in Aeronautical Engineering Or equivalent qualification 3-5 years of experience in an aerospace repair and overhaul environment.
