- Recommendation of skincare products and services
- Deliver professional consultation and evaluation of customers’ needs
- Build and maintain long-term relationship with customers
- Follow up consultation with customers with regards to their treatments and products purchased
- Cheerful, positive working attitude, excellent customer service and communication skills
- Well-groomed, customer-oriented, sales driven and trustworthy
- Disciplined and is a self-motivator (able to work independently)
- Passion in spa and wellness services.
- Well-versed in both English and Chinese (Provide after sales support and attend to English and Mandarin speaking customers' queries / complains)
- Training will be provided
