Blitzed is a fast-growing crypto casino and sportsbook focused on building a scalable, performance-led acquisition engine. Affiliates are a core growth channel for us—done properly with strong tracking, clear offers, fast payouts, and long-term partner relationships.

We’re hiring an Affiliate Manager to recruit, onboard, and grow affiliate partners that drive high-quality players. You'll own the affiliate channel end-to-end: prospecting, negotiation, deal structures, tracking setup, partner optimisation, and reporting—while protecting Blitzed from fraud/low-quality traffic.

• Build and manage an affiliate pipeline: prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching, and closing.
• Recruit across key partner types: SEO/webmasters, tipsters, deal sites, streamers, communities, media buyers, and networks.
