Affiliate Marketing Team Lead

We are a fast growing fintech company seeking an Affiliate Marketing Team Lead to launch and scale our affiliate program. You will own the full cycle: strategy, partner acquisition, day-to-day management, analytics, and continuous optimization of traffic quality, FTDs and ROI.

Location: Dubai / Remote (relocation to Dubai at a later stage)

Reporting to: Global Head of Marketing

• Develop the digital affiliate strategy to hit targets for traffic, leads, first-time deposits, and revenue across priority markets.
• Set up the affiliate program on in-house tracking or third-party platforms: tracking links, postbacks, commission models (CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid), promo materials, and program terms.
• Recruit and onboard new digital affiliates (webmasters, SEO affiliates, PPC/media buyers, content sites, comparison portals, forex media websites, influencers, communit...
