Affiliate Partnerships Manager

We’re looking for a motivated Affiliate Partnerships Manager / Executive to join the Gener8 team and support the growth of our brand partnerships on the Gener8 Rewards platform.

Working closely with our Affiliate Partnerships Manager, you’ll play an active role in outreach, pitching, and selling CPA campaigns to brands across the UK and US. Experience with CPA sales is important, and tenancy sales experience is a strong plus. You’ll help identify new partners, run outreach sequences, negotiate placements, and support ongoing partner relationships — with new international markets launching soon.

This role is ideal for someone with partnerships experience / commercial career who’s hungry to develop their sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
