The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the JBSA Affirmative Employment Program Manager (AEPM) with responsibility for planning, developing and carrying out the full range of recruitment, placement, affirmative employment and related duties to ensure the installation has a successful Affirmative Employment Program (AEP) and Special Emphasis Program (SEP). Responsibilities Analyzes, develops, and evaluates detailed Affirmative Employment Program plans, goals, and objectives for strategic planning and long-range implementation of JBSA-wide programs, ensuring that the installation complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets JBSA needs.
