The opportunity - two year fixed term role

This role plays an important part in growing the representation of female umpires across AFL competitions through talent identification, verification and development. It also provides key support to the AFLW umpiring program throughout pre-season and in-season periods.

Based at AFL House in Melbourne, the AFLW Female Umpiring Talent Coach works closely with the AFLW umpiring coaching program, state umpiring stakeholders and talent pathway programs to identify, develop and support emerging female umpiring talent.<...
