Description
The After Sales Manager, Mechanisation is responsible for the effective overall control and management of mechanisation parts and the workshop to deliver a sustainable, profitable service to all XXX Group clients. The role is based in Ladybrand/Bloemfontein with regular travel to client sites and other company locations.
Responsibilities
- Financial management of the mechanisation division to ensure profitability and cost control.
- Personnel management including hiring, training, performance management and coaching of workshop and parts staff.
- Control and management of administration, record keeping and reporting.
- Market share growth through customer retention, after sales service excellence and new business support.
- Management and maintenance of assets including workshop equipment and tools.
