Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations—managing staffing schedules, ensuring programme delivery (academic support, enrichment, holiday activities), coordinating logistics, and upholding safety standards
• Ensure smooth execution of curriculum‑based programmes and daily routines as planned
• Recruit, train, supervise, mentor, and evaluate centre staff, including student care teachers
• Organise and facilitate parent engagement activities like meetings, workshops, and events
• Manage administrative tasks such as enrollment, attendance tracking, student records, and fee/payment follow‑ups
• Familiar with MOE Syllabus up to date
