Opportunity Description
Drive production success as a Leader Technician on the afternoon shift from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM. Play a critical role in ensuring quality and meeting production targets.
As a Leader Technician, your responsibilities include operating injection machines, documenting production, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. You will also be expected to train Full Time Members (FTMs) and adapt to various tasks as required by production needs. Shift changes may occur depending on business demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce and verify products meet quality standards
• Achieve hourly production quotas consistently
• Operate assembly stations effectively
• Train FTMs in operational practices
• Adhere to Health and Safety practices
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks
• Understand and implement Kanban practices
• Willingness to cross-train in various areas
