Opportunity Description

Administration and Customer Service Retention and Satisfaction.
- Administrative support and perform customer relations duties in the service department.
- Perform and process service-related paperwork inclusive of issuance of Purchase Order, Purchase Invoice, Payment Requisition.
- Collect customer payment and complete payment processing transactions, maintain billing records and invoices, and handle bookkeeping duties.
- Prepare, compile and submit related reports and documents on timely basis.
- Support and work in close collaboration with the service manager. Greet customers, coordinate appointments and services.
- Assist with resolving any customer concerns or issues, with the goal of maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
