Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, solution-oriented leader to direct and expand the hardware and electronics technical support ecosystem. This position bridges the gap between daily operational management (overseeing service KPIs, managing resource distribution) and active, hands‑on field troubleshooting. Collaborating closely with R&D and Commercial teams, your core mission will be to transform the post‑sales infrastructure into a highly secure, globally scalable function.
Key Responsibilities
