Aftersales Supply Chain Operations Analyst

SUMMARY

Serves as a critical analytical support to the Inventory Planning and Aftersales Supply Chain Teams. Focuses on developing, maintaining, and continuously improving reporting, data quality, and performance insights that enable effective inventory decisions.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Develops, maintains, and enhances recurring operational reports that provide visibility into inventory health, fill rates, backorders, and supply constraints. Delivers timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders (Planning and field teams, ports, and leadership). Translates complex datasets into clear insights, highlighting actionable trends and risks.

+ Partners with Information Technology (IT) and cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, system functionality, and reporting automation.
