Aged & Disabled Carer

As an Aged & Disabled Carer, you will provide essential support and care to elderly and disabled individuals, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care plans and assist with daily living activities.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients with mobility and physical activities.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

• Experience in aged or disability care.
