Agency Coordinator – Remedial / Recovery

The Agency Coordinator – Remedial/Recovery (RemRec) is responsible for coordinating and monitoring third-party collection agencies handling delinquent and charged-off accounts. The role ensures effective recovery efforts, accurate reporting, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with assigned recovery/collection agencies for RemRec accounts
• Monitor agency performance and ensure recovery targets are achieved
• Assign and update account listings to agency partners
• Track, validate, and reconcile collections, settlements, and remittances
• Conduct regular performance reviews and portfolio assessments
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy, and legal guidelines
