About the Role

This position is responsible for leading the agency direct sales channel, focusing on recruiting, development, and managing independent agents, brokers, and agency partners to drive insurance sales growth. This position also drives building strong partner relationships, achieving premium targets, and ensuring effective distribution of products through the agency network while maintaining compliance in a regulated environment.

STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plays an active role in agency strategic planning and provides oversight to sales managers in driving agency force expansion and development towards achieving optimal productivity level.
