Agency Home Nursing ( $35 Hrly, Islandwide ) #HCT

• Provide nursing services at the patient's location, including changing nasogastric feeding tubes and urinary catheters, dressing changes, stoma care, monitoring medication compliance, packing medications, and monitoring parameters or peripheral blood glucose levels.
• Monitor patients' conditions and progress, and report findings to senior staff members.

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• At least 2–3 years of experience in providing inpatient nursing care
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
• Possess a valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) + AED certification
