About the Role
The Agency Partnerships Manager (APM) is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with advertising agencies, and helping agencies drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, education, and support. Success as an APM requires strong sales skills, a strong partnership with Client Solutions Managers (CSM), problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
This position is full‑time and based out of our Toronto, Canada office.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic partnerships with major Canadian agency groups (HoldCos and key independents), serving as a senior point of contact across planning, investment, and executive teams.
- Position TikTok as a core partner in agency planning cycles, influencing media allocation across Canada‑led and North America/global campaigns.
