About the Role
Responsible in executing, working and coordinate strategies closely with agency leaders to deliver the set KPIs.Job Responsibilities:
Plan and strategize quality recruitment activities and work closely with Agency Leaders to achieve the company’s assigned regional recruitment target.
Work with Agency Leaders to ride on company available technology support / Elite Academy ecosystem to monitor Life Planners’ performance.
Quality Recruitment Performance Analysis.
Maximize distribution productivity and effectiveness by aligning initiatives to segmentation of agency force.
