Agent Cashier

Summary The position is located in Fiscal Service at VA Northern California Health Care System. The incumbent is the principal agent cashier for the facility, which includes the outpatient clinics at Martinez, Oakland, Redding, Chico, Fairfield, Mare Island, Sacramento Outpatient Clinic at McClellan, and the Sacramento Medical Center at Mather. Responsibilities Major duties include, but are not limited to the following: The incumbent performs general clerical work in support of a fiscal nature, such as liaison with outside sources and Department of Treasury for operating advances, regarding the status of payments, initiating internal fiscal controls for processing of receiving and disturbing documents, or inputting and maintaining financial data into an automated financial system.
