To provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers and to achieve the department’s objectives for timely freight processing, and associated admin tasks within the set KPI.
Major Duties and Responsibilities- Interact with our customers in processing their international shipments by following procedures set by the company in OPS, and meeting customer expectations.
- Understand department process flow and ensure correct entry in a timely manner.
- Prepare and update DLSOP to ensure all customers’ standard operating procedures are in place.
- Screen customers’ creditability before shipment.
- Screen MK denial parties before shipment.
- Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing, within Expeditors and customer standards.
- Contribute to maintaining good relationships with suppliers (shipping lines, trucking companies and CFS Provider and others involved).
