We are seeking a confident and service‑driven Reservations Sales Agent to join the team at One and Only One Zaabeel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless guest booking experience while maximizing revenue opportunities across rooms and dining.
• Manage reservations through phone and email, ensuring all enquiries are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of professionalism.
• Actively sell through effective upselling and cross‑selling while maintaining Forbes level service standards at every touchpoint.
• Process bookings for individual guests, corporate partners, travel agencies, and VIP requests, ensuring alignment with rate structures and contractual agreements.
• Work closely with internal teams to support guest satisfaction and contribute to overall departmental performance targets.
