Responsibilities

• Expand the network of commercial agents across Spain, Portugal, and Andorra.
• Sell natural cosmetics products and achieve sales targets.
• Attend training sessions and adopt proven sales methods.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell, preferably from cold door-to-door engagements.
• Strong communication, empathy, and persuasion skills.
• Resilience and capacity to handle rejection and persist toward goals.
• Good physical condition for frequent travel within the mentioned countries.

Compensation

The company will cover training costs and provide a salary based on sales performance.
