Opportunity Description
The objective of this position is to ensure accurate and efficient attention to digital channels by managing online orders, validating inventory availability across warehouses, and providing end‐to‐end follow‐up on customer requests.
You will report to a Customer Service Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Support digital channels
Online order management
Inventory inquiry: validation of stock levels across different warehouses
Order generation: management and follow‐up of requests received by phone or email from our different channels (Plaka Planta and Stock)
Follow‐up on high‐volume projects
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a call center
Database management skills
Experience using Salesforce, Oracle, and Avaya
