**What You Will Do** **:**
+ Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Syncs, and System Demos for the ERP+ Program.
+ Escalate and track program-level impediments, manage risks, and resolve dependencies across all ERP+ development teams.
+ Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets to ensure alignment with DoW mission objectives.
+ Assist with execution and Feature completion tracking, ensuring transparency, predictability, and a continuous flow of value.
+ Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops and regularly assess the agility level of the ART.
